DUTY CARE COORDINATORS
Six Duty Care Coordinators, responsible for the smooth running of each shift, medication and daily administration. All Duty Care Coordinators have achieved a minimum of NVQ Level 3, Health & Social Care.
TEAM LEADERS
A team of three Team Leaders, supporting the Duty Care Coordinators ensuring that each shift runs smoothly and providing the Care Team with support and direction.
CARE TEAM
A team of over twenty carers providing care, support and assistance to our residents. All carers are qualified, with a Level 2, Health & Social Care / Care Certificate, with further support and encouragement to achieve higher level qualifications.
We are proud to regularly take on those looking for an apprenticeship in care, providing them with extensive training and experience, delivered at a pace to suit their individual needs.
CHAMPION ROLES
Several colleagues have expressed a particular interest in certain aspects of our care and these passions are harnessed and further developed into Champion Roles with the home.
