Staff Workshops
In addition to the mandatory training undertaken by all staff, our Registered Manager, Sandra hosts regular staff development and training workshops to further develop our skills and ensure the best possible care for our residents. Many of our colleagues also choose to study for external nationally recognised qualifications and are always given the utmost encouragement and support to allow them to fulfil their ambitions.
